Hand made parts. From start to finish. Rodney did a first class job of designing and hand carving the original from green jewelers wax. I made a silicone mold from it. Then cast a urethane resin pattern. Rammed up a sand mold and poured the molten aluminum. The first prototype at the bottom is ready to be machined and trial fit.
