OIF Progress

A little progress on Jonathan's bike. 71 Triumph OIF with a modified Bird hardtail. Used a biltwell seat pivot and the rear spring posts are from Pangea speed.

Process

Hand made parts. From start to finish. Rodney did a first class job of designing and hand carving the original from green jewelers wax. I made a silicone mold from it. Then cast a urethane resin pattern. Rammed up a sand mold and poured the molten aluminum. The first prototype at the bottom is ready to be machined and trial fit. Made in America from our hands to yours. Available soon to fit your Harley cone motor. Shovelhead ect.... Copyright ICD
