Shovelhead Kachina

Giant Hopi Kachina and 1979 Shovelhead. Town of Carefree Arizona. North of Phoenix.

Belt Tensioner Modification

My modified belt tensioner at the top. More like a stock chain tensioner. Solved some of the clearance issues on my Shovelhead.

Flywheel Assembly Fixture

Here's what became of the core box from my previous post. My improved Harley Davidson flywheel assembly fixture. I started working on these when Rowe stopped manufacturing theirs. My version is a chunkier casting and drilled for S&S and standard Harley flywheels. Still a little more work and I will have some of these available.

Shovelhead repairs

Evo to Shovelhead fin transplant and a little late model Ford piece was used to repair this exhaust spigot.

Austin Healey resto update

Fabricated grill surround and lower patch installed. Bondo Removed.

Workin' it

Been working in the shop more than posting on my blog, time to get back to it. Coupe steering in the works.
